Mission: The Corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of §501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provision of any future United States internal revenue law (a) To exercise such of the rights, powers, duties, and authority of a nonprofit corporation organized under the Nonprofit Corporation Act of the State of TN which are consistent with the preceding paragraph.
