FRIENDS OF THE GERMANTOWN COMMUNITY LIBRARY INC

Mission: Friends of the Germantown Community Library Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable purposes to operate a bookstore that provides bargain priced books encourages literacy and supports the reuse of books in the community. In addition the Corporation may may make distributions of money and resources to organizations that qualify as exempt under Section 501c 3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended or corresponding section of any future federal tax code and to the extent consistent with the Corporation charter to do any and all things allowable under the Tennessee Nonprofit Corporation Act.
